Foundation Systems of Michigan, Michigan’s largest foundation repair and basement waterproofing contractor, is currently accepting applications for a Sales Administrator. This role will be a critical contributor to processing sales in a timely manner.

- Responsible for accurate, responsive analysis and reporting financial and accounting information for the company
- Responsible for various aspects of accounting, including but not limited to:
⦁ Processing incoming sales
⦁ Entering invoices/vouchers into accounting software on a timely basis
⦁ Tracking of job related expenditures
⦁ Account Analysis
- High School Diploma
- strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
